Amazon is buying the whole company, people included. Talks, not signatures, and I'd love a second source before I get excited. But seven billion is a number with a HEARTBEAT. [closer] The number isn't the news. The buyer is. Amazon already rents out the computers that AI video runs on, and now Amazon wants to own the thing running on them. Seven billion dollars buys a startup before it ever becomes a rival. That's not shopping, that's a fence.
